Fan Bingbing halts filming to send injured kid to hospital
Netizens applauded Chinese actress Fan Bingbing for being a good Samaritan after witnessing a car accident at work yesterday.
According to China media reports, the 33-year-old was filming the reality show League of Challengers in Hangzhou, China yesterday when the car accident occurred. She immediately stopped filming and personally drove a child whose mouth was injured during the accident to the hospital to seek medical help.
The actress even saw to the child's admission procedures in the hospital and contacted his parents. During her time in the hospital, Bingbing was seen trying to calm the little boy down and reassuring him with her words.
When photos of Bingbing's good deed was shared on the Internet, netizens applauded the actress for being a "pretty woman with a good heart."
League of Challengers is a Chinese variety show whereby stars go undercover to try their hand at different trades and jobs. This programme marks Bingbing and Li Chen's first TV appearance together since going public with their relationship this year.
